1958 Packard - $4,995 - Biddeford, ME -

Less than one thousand 1958 Packard sedans were made, making this an exceptionally rare car and the perfect project car with a lot of upside. In fact, a restored '58 Packard sold in 2011 at the RM Auction for nearly $50,000.

This car is remarkably complete and solid. The frame, rockers, and undercarriage are solid. There is a coating of surface rust but the metal appears very solid.  We pulled up the carpet in the drivers seat and that floor is complete with no rust holes or breakage..  The interior is amazing--totally complete and the silver/blue plush interior fabric is totally retro.   The dashboard is also striking, clean and complete and while the dashboard pad does have some slight sagging in the center, it is complete and in well above average condition.   The carpet is serviceable but only fair condition.  The exterior body has 4 areas of rust that are marginally servicable.  There is some pitting on the chrome on the rear.  The ultra-rare fibreglass front hood is intact. The original engine is complete but the car does not run now.  This is a super rare car and great candidate for restoration with nothing but upside potential.

For sale or trade.  We welcome trade offers for other vintage vehicles. Easy financing available!  We sold over 70 vintage vehicles last year worldwide, and we can assist with all transportation arrangements.
